carry, however, to consistently bring you the best tea leaves, there
are limitations beyond our control. Franchia Teas are specially
handpicked and packaged to ensure you receive the finest quality tea
each time you purchase. And because we are limited by quantity, we
cannot exchange or refund teas, or any perishable items. We apologize
for this inconvenience.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction and if for any reason, our
non-perishable items fail to meet your expectations, please return the
product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. It
would assist us greatly if you could indicate the reason for

is for the express purpose to fulfill orders placed with Franchia. We
do not and will not share personal information with anyone.
